The Community Education Awards 2012
The Community Education Awards celebrates the efforts of those actively helping children and young people to become positive members of their communities. Organised by the Police Community Clubs Of Great Britain, they are aimed at UK schools and pupil referral units that use education to encourage good citizenship and responsible decision-making.
The Awards ceremony, hosted by Esther Rantzen CBE, will highlight the astounding work of community-minded schools and reward those individuals that have made a significant contribution. The winner of each category will have the chance to showcase their project to an audience at the black tie event. Held within the elegant surroundings of Chigwell Hall, Essex, on Friday 2 November 2012, the evening will commence with a champagne reception, followed by the ceremony and winners’ presentations.
