The Lord John Stevens Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement
Judging
The judging panel will consist of one representative each from the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain and Community Initiatives Associates as well as one brand ambassador. They will base their evaluation of each nominee on the following categories:
- Innovation
- Dedication
- Expertise
- Outcome
- Legacy
This award is open to any individual who, while working within a UK school or pupil referral unit, has made an outstanding contribution to helping children become positive community members.
Nominees may also have been nominated for other Community Education Award categories or been involved in projects that have been put forward for consideration.
A shortlist of nominees will be drawn up based on the information provided in the simple nomination form that can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Nominate’ button below. If the nominee is selected to appear on this list, the nominator will be asked to provide additional information about the individual’s work which will help the judges to select the award winner.

The Citizenship Magazine Award for Outstanding PSHE/Citizenship Teacher
Judging
The judging panel will consist of one representative each from the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain and Community Initiatives Associates as well as one brand ambassador. They will base their evaluation of each nominee on the following categories:
- Innovation
- Dedication
- Expertise
- Outcome
- Legacy
The Police Community Clubs of Great Britain and Citizenship Magazine wish to commend the outstanding work of teachers who deliver PSHE and citizenship education, and celebrate the positive impact that they have on pupils.
Nominees for this award category should demonstrate a combination of dedication, innovation and expertise in their work that has resulted in successful outcomes for their students.

The Barry Jones MBE Award for Outstanding Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) Mentor
Judging
The judging panel will consist of one representative each from the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain and Community Initiatives Associates as well as one brand ambassador. They will base their evaluation of each nominee on the following categories:
- Innovation
- Dedication
- Expertise
- Outcome
- Legacy
For those pupils who do not attend a mainstream school, pupil referral units offer an invaluable means of continuing their education.
The learning mentors attached to such units work tirelessly to help children to overcome whatever barriers they may face.
Founder of the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain, Barry Jones MBE, wishes to commend those learning mentors who have shown the most dedication to their roles.
